Brighton Elopement
Kate and Dave decided to come to Brighton with just a handful of their friends to have a very cool Brighton elopement at Hotel Du Vin. They didn’t want a traditional wedding at all and this meant we could take time to be creative and to explore the less touristy and slightly more Rock n’Roll side of Brighton for our photos. We also had the amazing suite at the top of Hotel Du Vin for great photos and we even got to hang out there with their friends later. When you have a room that cool you have to get your friends in for photos in one of the bathtubs!
I loved the emotion of this wedding, seeing how in love Kate and Dave were just melted my heart and I had a stupid grin on my face all day. There’s one photo of Dave looking right at Kate that I adore, I feel like no woman should ever marry a man that doesn’t look at her that way.
You really can have your wedding exactly how you want it and Kate and Dave did just that. It totally reflected who they are and was about nothing more than how much they love each other and having a fun cool day to celebrate that!
I’m so glad I met Kate and Dave, I love photographing fellow creatives ( they are both musicians) and am so happy that we got to make some magic together. And I love too that every wedding really is unique. It keeps my creativity going and means I am never bored!
