Peeling Manor Barns Wedding  

Becky and Rowan had the most beautiful Peeling Manor Barns wedding in June. I knew as soon as I heard from Becky that this was going to be a wedding I loved. Becky is the brains and talent behind Dot to Dot where she teaches amazing sewing workshops and also runs her bespoke bridal wear business. A bride that makes and designs her own wedding dress is amazing!

And she did her own flowers and she made the shirts for the groomsmen!!! Talented lady. To top it all of they both did a mini gig instead of a first dance. Super cool. 

So many personal touches made this wedding super special, these guys put so much into making this day brilliant and it worked beautifully. They decorated the venue the night before with Becky even making the amazing flower garland that stood above the are of the barn where they said their vows. They had gorgeous paella for dinner, such a good idea, makes for a really relaxed and chilled meal time. After dinner we went for a walk around the property to capture that golden hour that we were lucky to be blessed with. They both looked so good and were such a pleasure to photograph. Summer light and the band playing outdoors gave the whole evening a festival vibe.

Becky and Rowan are fun, bright people who adore each other and you just know that they will go far in life together.

This wedding is a great example of couples who love photography and willing to come with me for that 20 minutes in the evening to capture that golden hour. This is when the light is at it’s best, it’s beautifully soft and you guys are much more chilled at this point too. It’s not always possible to have a shoot in the evening and we can’t guarantee that light but when it happens it’s magic.
